  My experience with Don Brown funeral was all negative. I wouldn't let Don Brown bury my dog that's just how dissatisfied I was with his supposedly pleasant service. The only person he made it pleasant for wasn't immediate family he honored his friends wishes over the family wishes.
  1. He didn't handle properly getting my brother transferred in time me and my sister had to call the detectives and the other funeral home out of town about releasing my brothers body and getting him ready for delivery
  2. Every name in the obituary was spelled wrong after I personally went to make sure the names were right the day before the funeral.
  3 He told my sister she couldn't have any say so including proofing the obituary and including the pictures or poem because she was my daddy's daughter and not my mom's not to mention my dad was the one paying for the funeral he paid this man upfront cash.
  4. He called us out to pick out the burial site the day of the funeral instead of days before which caused us to be few minutes late for the lining up with the family and he left us not to mention it was our brother that had been murdered.
  This was a trying time for us and Don Brown made it extremely unpleasant as he could and I felt like it was all on purpose.. Bottom line if your looking for a pleasant experience burying your loved ones and not a lot of confusion during the process, DONT GO TO DON BROWN of Ayden Nc
